The Swig Rig must be covered by a tent in the event of rain or other inclement weather. The host is responsible for providing a tent or covering. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.
We are also happy to accommodate a rain date within a week of the event as long as your chosen rain date is available.

If you choose our “One Shot” basic rental package, you will use your own bartender. We just ask that your bartender is certified and we will require a copy of their certification 30 days prior to your event.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who seems to have had too much to drink, per our judgement. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions.
What is your refund policy?
Once you make your deposit, we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients. For this reason we do not give refunds.
Do you handle trash?
We do not. We have nowhere to put trash from your guests during events, and we have nowhere to take it to after the event. If your venue does not handle trash, please check with your caterer to make sure they do.
